Terms of Service

By creating an account, streaming, chatting, or otherwise using Strativus, you agree to follow these policies and applicable laws. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

You keep responsibility for the content you stream, upload, or post. You must own it or have permission to use it, including music, video, images, gameplay, and material shown or played during a broadcast. By submitting content, you allow Strativus to host and display it as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for getting permission from people who appear in your stream and for not exposing their private or sensitive information. Viewers understand that live broadcasts and chat are user-generated and may contain opinions or material that Strativus does not endorse.

Strativus may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit streaming or chat, or suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, legal requirements, or to protect users and the service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided as available and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
